Orlando Wedding at Casa Feliz | Randy & Sarah
I’m so excited to share this gorgeous wedding day that I was able to second shoot with a wonderful photographer I admire so much, Darling Juliet. Even though I didn’t meet Randy and Sarah before their wedding day, I could easily discern that they were very loving, and tender people. One of Sarah’s bridesmaids, Loren, designed her wedding dress and made it by hand. The bride and groom’s little nieces and nephews wandered around the venue, peeking around every door while the bride and groom got ready with their closest friends. The ceremony courtyard swelled with the melody from the string quartet which lingered throughout the evening. As friends and family gathered together over dinner after some heartfelt speeches from the parents, the sky shifted from warm oranges to cool dusky blues.
There’s something so surreal about taking several steps away from a venue and watching all of the events unfold as the dinner transcends into a dance party. On one side there are older guests conversing over wine and the last few bites of food on their plate, while just a few feet away friends are taking their shoes off, laughing over their partner’s dancing “techniques”. It moves me to feel both sentimental and humoured, as I try to immortalize all of these memories at once so they’ll never be forgotten.
